ACCOUNT MANAGER MID-MARKET (Denmark)

To expand of our Danish team we are looking for an Account Manager Mid Market who is able to further professionalize and develop our service.    

Account Manager Mid Market


Main tasks:
  • Grow assigned territories by prospecting for new business through telephone sales and outside sales activities such as, cold calling, territory planning and relationship building;
  • Accountable for generating business through new sales and growth in existing accounts;
  • Focusing on the Mid Market Space the role prospects and sells to customers who have between 250 and 2000 desk tops;
  • Works on Assigned targeted accounts, managing total sales and customer satisfaction;
  • Be the single point of contact for customers including, but not limited to, pricing, quotes and escalations.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports.
  • Maintain and update a database of customer information.
  • Maintain current knowledge of publisher licensing programs.
Required skills:
  • 2-3 years sales experience in an aggressive cold calling and prospecting environment.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Demonstrated record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Ability to develop new sales strategies.
  • Highly driven, self motivated, competitive.
  • Knowledge of Software Licensing
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

To expand of our client Solutions team we are looking for a Software Asset management (SAM) consultant who is able to further professionalize and develop our service.

Software Asset Management Consultant


Main tasks:
  • Facilitate workshops to identify client demands and to explore solutions
  • Perform on-site installations of SW-inventory tools or SAM-tools
  • Provide license training at specialist level
  • Attend customer sites for meetings to discuss and investigate their requirements
  • Preparation and writing of License reports, analysis of license entitlements, conceptual design of recommendations
  • Development of company agreements and business processes
Required skills:
  • University level
  • Excellent license skills in following areas: Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec, Citrix and other major vendors
  • Excellent analytical and structured mindset
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Swedish language)
  • Experience in doing license trainings and workshops
  • Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter as well as a team player
  • At least 3 years experience in the Software Management area
  • Willingness to travel, drivers license
  • Ability to work independently

To expand of our Marketing team we are looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) who is able to manage Insights relationship with its partners in maximizing business together.

Partner Account Manager



Main tasks:
  • Manage existing partner partner accounts with a view to maximizing partner sales and partner funding
  • Look for and develop business relationships with new partner partners
  • Communicate effectively any and all available marketing, internal, external and other activities to partners. You will need to be able to think creatively and constructively to develop sound business plans for our Insight partners
  • Help execute on Partner marketing plans and ensure that relevant departments follow through on their responsibilities
  • Negotiate with assigned partners on all levels of funding with a view to maximizing income
  • Recommend and advise partners on the best use of available funds to maximize partner ROI
  • Identify additional sales & marketing activities, which can either directly or indirectly, positively effect partner sales / funding
  • Organize and coordinate all contracts and paperwork associated with partners funded activities
Required skills:
  • University level
  • Excellent customer facing and influence skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Swedish language)
  • Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter as well as a team player
  • At least 2 years of Sales &/or Marketing experience
  • IT Channel experience would be a bonus
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Willingness to travel, drivers license
  • Ability to work independently
